Website analytics
Kentucky Pest Help uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views and understand which pages and referral sources are used. The reports may include the page visited, referring page, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type.
Vercel records this information anonymously for aggregated statistics. Its Web Analytics service does not use third-party cookies or associate a page view with an individual or IP address. Kentucky Pest Help does not send custom events or form data through this service.
Basic server records
The hosting provider may create routine security and access logs, including an IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page. These operational records are separate from the aggregated Web Analytics reports.

Before a live referral route
Before the phone route is enabled, this policy will be updated with the approved call-routing provider, the data used for attribution, retention details, visitor choices, and a contact method. No live route should be enabled until that review is complete.
