Information you provide
This site has no contact form, account, newsletter, chat tool, or embedded map. If you call the displayed referral number, the call-routing platform and any independent provider you reach may receive the details you provide during the call.
Call routing and recording
The telephone route is provided through Marketcall. Information connected with a call may include your phone number or caller ID, general region, call date and time, call duration, routing result, and the details discussed during the call. Marketcall states that calls are recorded and stored.
Calls may be recorded for quality and qualification. By continuing with a call, you consent to that recording. If you do not consent, do not use the telephone route.
An independent provider may have its own privacy practices for information you choose to share. Kentucky Pest Help does not control that provider's records or policies.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics, including pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location, device type and call-button clicks. Click statistics include the page and button position; they do not confirm that a call connected, and we do not collect call audio or caller phone numbers through this analytics feature.
It does not use analytics cookies. Page URL query strings and fragments are removed before transmission. We do not send form data through this service.
Basic server records
The hosting provider may create routine security and access logs, including an IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page. These operational records are separate from the aggregated Web Analytics reports.
